Gazelle Innovation & Production Centre
High-end Gazelle bikes have been developed at our factory in Dieren for over 100 years. The factory has been extended and altered over the years in order to create space for Gazelle's on-going growth and development. In 2014 the time had come to take a new step! Our completely renovated factory was opened on 3 September 2015 by His Majesty King Willem-Alexander.
The alterations and new building in our Innovation & Production Centre were carried out at the existing location in Dieren. A new assembly shop boasting over 7,000 m² of floor space has been built between the existing factory buildings and the monumental main building. It houses facilities including the assembly lines and an automated paint shop where conventional bikes and e-bikes are assembled.

We make 250,000 bikes every year at Gazelle. See how we make over half a million wheels a year.
Check out our craftspeople on the most up-to-date assembly line in the world. 25 craftspeople assemble and check every component. A new Gazelle rolls off the assembly line every 90 seconds.
Quality is paramount. Over 129 different tests are carried out on each bike in our test laboratory.
