Bij Koninklijke Gazelle kunnen slimme onderdelen op je fiets gegevens verzamelen om je ritten beter, veiliger en leuker te maken. Op deze pagina lees je welke gegevens we verzamelen, hoe we ze gebruiken en hoe jij de controle behoudt. Het is tenslotte jouw fiets én jouw data.

1. Waarom we gegevens verzamelen

We gebruiken ritgegevens om de prestaties van de fiets te verbeteren, het gebruik te analyseren en handige functies aan te bieden zoals de rithistorie, diefstalpreventie en het terugvinden van gestolen fietsen.

2. Welke onderdelen verzamelen gegevens

Koninklijke Gazelle maakt gebruik van verschillende slimme onderdelen. Je Gazelle-fiets kan een aantal van deze onderdelen bevatten, afhankelijk van het model. Om precies te zien welke onderdelen op jouw fiets zitten, kun je het productoverzicht van jouw specifieke model bekijken.

We maken een onderscheid tussen:

A. Onderdelen verbonden met het Pon.Bike-platform

Voor deze onderdelen verzamelt en bewaart Koninklijke Gazelle gegevens, die je kunt inzien via ons developer portal en de API:

  • Comodule BnC

  • Comodule Guardian

  • Comodule Master Module

Gegevens van deze onderdelen worden verwerkt in overeenstemming met deze Gegevensverklaring en, indien van toepassing, de Privacyverklaring.

B. Onderdelen verbonden met een platform van derden

Voor de volgende onderdelen kunnen gegevens worden verzameld door de betreffende fabrikanten. Koninklijke Gazelle bewaart deze gegevens niet. Om deze informatie in te zien of te beheren, verwijzen we je direct naar hun platforms:

4. Hoe je toegang krijgt tot je gegevens

Je hebt toegang tot je gegevens via ons [Developer Portal]. Log in met je account om de fietsen te bekijken die aan jou zijn gekoppeld. Voor elke fiets die je bezit, kun je via een API je gegevens inzien en derden toegang geven of intrekken. Je kunt je gegevens (vrijwel) in realtime inzien via de MQTT-stream, die toegankelijk is via het developer portal. Codevoorbeelden zijn beschikbaar op het [developer portal].

5. Hoe je je gegevens kunt laten verwijderen

Om je gegevens definitief te laten verwijderen:
