Intelligent battery integrated into the down tube
Shimano's high-performance, lithium-ion batteries have an intelligent battery-management system that provides the maximum possible range. The battery is nicely integrated into the down tube, which improves road holding. Its compact size makes it easy to slide it in and out of the e-bike. You can choose the battery capacity that suits you: 504 Wh or 630 Wh. The battery is reliably secured with a lock on your frame and is easily removed using your bike key. Convenient, as you can charge the battery either on or off the bike.
Smooth up-hill performance with Shimano's powerful motor
The Shimano E6100 motor is a very versatile motor that you can use in any terrain. With 60 Nm torque you can easily handle both flat and hilly terrains. What's more, at 2.88 kg this motor is very light.

The Chamonix T10 HMS features the Gazelle Switch handlebar stem, so you can adjust your handlebars to the perfect height in an instant. Therefore, you can cycle in any riding position you want. In addition, the braking, shifting and lighting cables are neatly tucked away inside the frame. That means well-protected cables and a sleeker look.
Powerful and controlled braking
If you're cycling downhill or in busy city traffic, then you'll want to be able to brake safely without thinking about it. Hydraulic disc brakes offer braking power and precision, so you can slow down in a controlled manner at any time — even when it's raining.
A chain without a weak link
With the proven Deore derailleur gearing system, you choose how and when to shift gears, tailored to the electric pedal assistance. Especially on hills, you will benefit from the large gear range (11 to 42 teeth at the rear). The extra-reinforced e-bike chain changes gears smoothly thanks to the Shimano gear shifters. Because everything is coordinated and in tune, you can shift intuitively and smoothly with the motor drive. Ideal when you are cycling uphill and downhill.
Powerful assistance
The Shimano mid-drive motor provides powerful assistance on any terrain. Its 60-Nm output helps you quickly get up the mountain or accelerate rapidly at traffic lights. With your choice of a 504-Wh or 630-Wh battery, you can go on long journeys.
