Warranty Gazelle bikes

Gazelle provides up to ten years’ warranty on material and manufacturing defects on the frame and non-suspension front forks covering normal treatment, use and maintenance. There is a five-year warranty on suspension front forks. A five-year warranty period applies for paintwork on the frame and the front forks. Parts on your bicycle are covered by a two-year warranty subject to normal use and maintenance.

These are the Service & Warranty provisions as set out in the general Gazelle user manual. The following specific warranty provisions apply in addition to the foregoing.

Gazelle extends a two-year warranty on the motor, the display, the rotation sensor and the cycle controller, subject to normal treatment, use and maintenance. Wear and tear are not covered by warranty.

The battery is covered by a 2-year warranty.

Gazelle gives a minimum 10-year guarantee on equipment and construction faults on the frame and non-suspension front forks covering normal handling, use and maintenance.

There is a 5-year warranty on suspension front forks.

For paintwork on the frame and the front forks there is a 5-year guarantee period.

Components on your bike are covered by a 2-year warranty subject to normal use and maintenance.

Gazelle is announcing a service promotion for maintenance to the low step-through bikes of the Gazelle Ultimate e-bike series produced between June 2019 and November 2020.

The bicycles of Gazelle meet the strictest of European quality standards. Our regular quality and control process has revealed that the frame of these low step-through models of the Gazelle Ultimate are vulnerable to large impacts (such as forceful collisions).

That's why we have asked our dealers to carry out extra reinforcement work on the frame free of charge as a precaution.
