How to pair your e-bike to your phone
Within a few minutes, your e-bike will be in the app. All you need is your frame number.
Stap 1: Download the Gazelle app
Download it for free from the App Store or Google Play and create your account right away.

Stap 2: Add your e-bike
Enter your frame number and give your bike a name. You'll then see your bike directly on the main screen.

Stap 3: Connect via Bluetooth
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, switch on your e-bike via the display, and pair straight away.
The extras of Gazelle Connect & Protect
Is your Gazelle equipped with Connect or Protect? You can recognise these bikes by the yellow lock icon. With an active subscription, you’ll always know exactly where your bike is via the app and receive a notification if it’s moved. Discover all the smart extras that make your ride even safer.

GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICEAbsolutely! The Gazelle app is free to download and is full of smart extras for your daily rides. Use your phone as a display, plan the most beautiful routes via junctions, and see at a glance how full your battery still is. All completely free of charge.
Do you have a Gazelle e-bike with a built-in GPS tracker? Then you can pair your bike to the app in no time. You can recognize these bikes by the yellow lock icon on the frame.
You can also use the app with many Gazelle e-bikes without a GPS tracker. With an LED Remote, System Controller, or a Purion 200 display, you are good to go.
Want to be sure? Download the app and enter your frame number. If your frame number is recognized, you can get started right away. No match? Then the app is not (yet) available for your bike.
Yes, you can easily add multiple e-bikes to one Gazelle app account. On the 'Bike' tab, simply tap the blue plus sign and follow the steps.
Please note, it is not possible to add one e-bike to multiple Gazelle app accounts. However, it is possible to log in on multiple smartphones with the same Gazelle app account. You will then immediately see all previously added e-bikes.
Certainly! You are free to securely share your login details with family or friends. That way, they can also use your Gazelle e-bike and the app. All they have to do is download the app on their own smartphone and log in with your details.
Are you connected to your Gazelle bike via Bluetooth? Then you will immediately see the range in the app, exactly as on your display.
If you are not connected, the app remembers the most up-to-date data for you. As soon as the connection works again, everything is updated automatically.
