How do I order parts?
Is a part of your bike or e-bike in need of replacement? You can always request new parts from our Gazelle shops, so you are always riding a bike that feels like new.
Who can I contact about my warranty?
You can arrange your warranty easily via the Gazelle shop — even if you ordered your bike online.
Did you know? Gazelle guarantees both the frame and non-sprung front forks against material and construction defects for up to ten years. Sprung front forks and paintwork are covered by a five-year warranty. All other parts have a two-year warranty. Read on to learn more about our manufacturer's warranty.
Where can I find my bike's frame number?
1996 to now
Do you have a Gazelle bike that was produced after 1996? Then you'll find the frame number on your bike's bottom bracket on a white sticker with a barcode. From 2019, this sticker can also be found on the bottom of the down tube.
Pre-1996
Before 1996, the composition of the frame number allowed you to identify how old the bike was. This changed in 1996 Do you have a bike that was (presumably) produced before 1996? Call us and we will help you determine the approximate age of your bike.
Champion Mondial
The frame numbers of the Gazelle Champion Mondial models have a different structure to those of the regular bikes. Curious how old your Champion Mondial is? Then look here. You'll find the frame number of the Champion Mondial under the bottom bracket.
