Gazelle Bloom Service Action

Gazelle is announcing a service action for the Gazelle Bloom series that were produced between 15 August 2022 and 13 September 2024.

What does this service action entail?

Gazelle bikes comply with the strictest European quality standards. However, in our regular quality and control process, it has come to light that the attachment of this specific front carrier on the Gazelle Bloom series may be vulnerable. Therefore, we have asked Gazelle specialists to apply a precautionary and free additional reinforcement to the front carrier.

If you have a Gazelle Bloom C7 pedal bike or a Gazelle Bloom e-bike type C7 HMS or C380 HMS that was produced between 15 August 2022 and 13 September 2024, you can make an appointment at your Gazelle bike store for this free maintenance and pick up your bike on the same day.
