Have had the T10HMB for 2 1/2 years, 14,000 + km on the bike and not an issue. Had to replace chain once and front tire…that’s all. Excellent quality, well worth the cost. Totally pleased.

This e-bike is the best...
This e-bike is the best purchase I've made in years! I love the auto-function and have ridden it almost daily since I've gotten it. We live on a steep hill. No problem now to take it anytime I want to go shopping, or for fun rides anytime. Never have to worry about not being able to get home. Even when I'm tired after 30 miles of riding, it has the boost to get me home! We are having so much fun on our new bikes.
